Or call Joe for a user name and password to demo the on-line version.

Joe's involvement in politics led to the development of Filpac, a complete campaign and PAC management system.  It is designed as reasonably-priced application for PACs and political candidates, who use it to efficiently file campaign disclosure reports and track donors, volunteers, coalitions and targeted voters.

Used by candidates small and large (including one Presidential candidate), the application was first written in Clipper and later in Visual Objects, with many of the elements coded in C++ and now X#.

This application, including all of the controls, was written by Joe with some third-party collaboration.  It includes features that were either borrowed from or included in applications Joe has written for customers in the homebuilding, telecommunications, real estate, nonprofit, medical and utility-contractor industries.
